- What is included in the open-source self-hosted version?
- The open-source version includes the full core platform: agent enrollment, standardized API, memory, observability, guardrails, and MCP tool governance. You run it on your own infrastructure with no license fees and no usage limits from us.
- Is the Hobby plan really free?
- Yes. The Hobby cloud tier is free forever with no credit card required. It includes all platform features up to 3 managed agents. When you need more capacity, upgrade to Core at any time.
- What is the difference between Hobby and Core?
- Hobby is free with up to 3 managed agents and 14-day retention, ideal for personal projects and POCs. Core adds more capacity (10 agents, 30-day retention, priority email support) for €29/month.
- What counts as a managed agent?
- A managed agent is any agent enrolled and running on the Idun Cloud platform. Each distinct agent configuration counts as one managed agent, regardless of how many sessions or invocations it handles.
- Can we run Enterprise self-hosted or air-gapped?
- Yes. The Enterprise plan supports full on-prem, air-gapped, and hybrid deployments. We work with your security team to meet your compliance and network requirements.
- Where is Cloud hosted? Can we choose a region?
- Idun Cloud runs on EU-based infrastructure by default. Enterprise customers can request specific regions or dedicated tenancy.
- Do you offer SSO, SCIM, and audit logs?
- SSO, RBAC, SCIM provisioning, and detailed audit logs are available on the Enterprise plan.
- Can I upgrade, downgrade, or cancel?
- Yes. You can change plans at any time from the Cloud dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately, downgrades apply at the next billing cycle. No cancellation fees.
- Do you offer implementation and training?
- Yes. We offer implementation packages, hands-on training workshops, and premium support contracts.
